First, please confirm that the shipping address you entered at checkout is correct.
Have you been able to check with your neighbors? Ninety percent of the time, a package is located in a couple days because it was delivered to a neighboring location.
If the order was not mis-delivered to a neighboring location, please email us at email@example.com. We will work with you in contacting your local USPS. You may get a faster result contacting them/visiting the post office as well. Your local USPS will be able to speak directly with your neighborhood delivery person about where your package may have gone. Sometimes they are able to retrieve your package and re-deliver.
For cases where an order is lost, we will file a claim on our end and ship out a new order if the items are still available. The reshipment will require a signature upon delivery. If one or more of the items you ordered are unavailable, we will issue store credit.
