If a refund is approved, your order may be accessed a restocking fee of 10% of the order value. We know, a "restocking fee" sounds like a made up thing. Here's why we do it. If your order qualified for free shipping, we shipped your order on the house, then you decide you want a refund, 10% will likely cover the cost of shipping.
We only accept returns and exchanges upon approval.
You have a 14 day grace period to file complaints regarding an item, after which time we cannot accept returns.
If an exchange is approved, customer will be responsible for shipping the return order. We recommend obtaining tracking for your return.
All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in otherwise perfect condition in order to be considered for exchange or return.

Any item(s) mailed to us without approval will be returned.
After return order is received by the Wrap Life, we'll issue store credit or a replacement item of equal or lesser value.
We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted because it is worn or not in perfect condition due to wear or use, it will be sent back to you and a refund will not be granted.
