We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions stated below:

  • You have 30 days after delivery to initiate a return. All sales are final after 30 days
  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as 'final sale' are ineligible for return.
  • Once you get a return label (RMA) from our return portal, you have 21 days to send the items back to us. Once that label has expired, your order will no longer be eligible for return. Every RMA is exclusive and links to the original order, we cannot reissue an RMA  again if the original one is expired. 
  • Please be aware that if you choose to return the package using your own label, kindly contact us immediately with your order number, the returned item, and the tracking number of your package. We cannot guarantee monitoring of returned packages if we do not have any records in our system.
  • All items must be in their original condition to receive a refund to your payment method. We will inspect the returned products and inform you if the condition doesn't match our requirements.

Good to know:

  • All the products submitted for return that have been worn, washed or tried on will be rejected. All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in otherwise perfect condition to be considered for return.
  • Bundle products and International orders are ineligible for a regular return process, please contact our Customer Service team at support@thewrap.life for proceed with a manual process. 
  • If your order received free shipping and is returned, the cost of your return label will be $4.50.
  • We only accept returns upon approval. We will not open or process returns that have not been approved.
  • We will start to process refund as soon as the item is returned to the designated location. It might take up to 14 days to refund your order depends on your original payment method. Please contact us if any questions.
