Final Sale Policy
As we close our shop, all purchases are final sale. We are no longer accepting returns, exchanges, or refunds on any orders.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@thewrap.life and include your order number so we can review the issue. Otherwise, we are unable to accommodate return requests.

Shipping Policy

Accurate Information: Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Non-Refundable Orders: Orders shipped to the address entered at checkout cannot be refunded if delivery fails due to an error in the shipping information.

Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once the correct address is provided. A reshipping fee will apply. If you choose not to reship, the order will be considered final sale and no refund will be issued.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
