- Free shipping applies to U.S. orders only.
- All orders under 13oz will ship First Class Mail.
- Due to high volume, orders may take an additional 1-3 business days to ship.
- Orders that select any free shipping offers will be shipped using the most economical carrier and service.
- USPS Priority Mail is not express or overnight. If you need an order to arrive on the following business day, you'll need to select USPS Express Mail or any of our FedEx overnight or express options.
- All express mail will explicitly say "express", "overnight", or "next day" when selecting.
- All express orders placed before 11am EST, Monday-Friday will ship same day.
- Our shipping partners are USPS, FedEx and DHL.
- All overnight orders are shipped the same day when placed before 11 am EST, Monday - Friday. These rules do not apply Saturday and Sunday. Currently, we do not offer overnight weekend service or delivery.
- FedEx Express, USPS Express and DHL Express do not qualify for free shipping offers.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS // DHL
All DHL orders are fully trackable. Delivers in 2-5 business days. Signature required.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS // USPS
Not fully trackable. Delivers in 1 to 4 weeks, can take up to 8 weeks.
- International packages with tracking numbers starting with "LZ' often receive location updates much later than other packages. If you feel your order was lost or misdirected, we recommend waiting 5 business days for tracking info to update. The Wrap Life reserves the right to wait 5 business days before reshipping an order that is presumed lost. We hope you understand this shipping stipulation and we appreciate your patience.
- The Wrap Life is not responsible for additional shipping rates and/or customs charges incurred by customer when importing our goods.
- If you are unable to pay additional customs charges and choose to have the package returned to us, you'll receive a refund minus the cost of shipping.
- Packages are rerouted back to The Wrap Life for reasons including but not limited to: an insufficient/incorrect address or failure to pick up your package from the post office within a reasonable timeframe after home delivery was attempted.
- Please ensure that all addresses are correct, as orders are printed as directed by the customer and cannot be changed after the order is placed.
- If your package is returned to us, once we receive it, we will contact you via the email address submitted during checkout to notify you that we have received your package. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping.
- If you opt to not pay to have your order shipped again, there will be no refund for the initial order. You will receive store credit minus the cost of shipping.
- Starting from the date of our email, you will have THIRTY days to respond, provide a valid address and pay for shipping. After the thirty day period, we are no longer responsible for order fulfillment and cannot issue a refund.
- If the order was not mis-delivered to a neighboring location, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will work with you in contacting your local USPS. You may get a faster result contacting them/visiting the post office as well. Your local USPS will be able to speak directly with your neighborhood delivery person about where your package may have gone. Sometimes they are able to retrieve your package and re-deliver.
- For cases where an order is lost, we will file a claim on our end and ship out a new order if the items are still available. The reshipment will require a signature upon delivery. If one or more of the items you ordered are unavailable, we will issue store credit.
