HOLIDAY SHIPPING TIMES
Orders generally take 1 business day to ship. However, during Black Friday, Small Business Saturday and Cyber Monday, we request 3 to 5 business days to prepare your orders for shipment.
Please keep in mind, order fulfillment and shipping speed are independent of each other. For example, 1-day Priority Shipping means your order only takes one day to arrive, after the order has been fulfilled. You'll still need to add fulfillment time for an accurate quote. - Thanks for your patience.
Orders under 13 oz. that select any free shipping offers will be shipped using the most economical carrier and service.
Orders are fulfilled Monday-Friday.
Most orders ship next day. For example, if you place an order on Monday, it will likely ship on Tuesday. Orders placed Friday thru Sunday ship Monday.
Although we request 2 business days to ship your order, most orders are shipped within 1 business day.
Please allow us up to 3 business days to prepare your order during sales, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday.
Delivery times are initiated when your package is accepted by our shipping partners. For example, if you select 2-day mail, please be aware that fulfillment time is not included.
You will receive an email notification with a tracking number the day your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to update.
Orders valued at $100 or more will automatically require a signature upon delivery.
We no longer retroactively apply discounts and free shipping.
Our shipping partners are USPS and FedEx
First Class USPS Mail is the most economical and takes the longest to deliver. Delivery is 3 to 7 business days.
Priority Mail is a great value. Delivery is 1 to 3 business days.
If your shipping destination is NY or NJ, you can enjoy 1-day Priority mail at a great rate.
FedEx is our overnight shipping partner. Our same day shipping deadline is 12 pm EST, Monday - Thursday. Orders placed before 12pm EST will be packaged the same day and scheduled for pickup the same day. For example, if you place an order on Monday at 11 am, it will be prepared on Monday and picked up by FedEx the same day. These rules do not apply Friday - Sunday. If a public holiday is acknowledged on a Monday, orders will ship on Tuesday. Currently, we do not offer overnight weekend service or delivery.
FedEx Express and USPS Express mail do not qualify for free shipping offers.
International packages with tracking numbers starting with "LZ' often receive location updates much later than other packages. If you feel your order was lost or misdirected, we recommend waiting 5 business days for tracking info to update. The Wrap Life reserves the right to wait 5 business days before reshipping an order that is presumed lost. We hope you understand this shipping stipulation and we appreciate your patience.
All international packages will require a signature upon delivery.
International customers may incur additional shipping and/or customs charges when importing goods.
The Wrap Life is not responsible for additional shipping rates and/or customs charges incurred by customer when importing our goods.
If you are unable to pay additional customs charges and choose to have the package returned to us, we will not be able to provide a refund.
International orders typically deliver in about two weeks but can take as much as 4-6 weeks.
All orders are FINAL.
If the wrong address is entered at checkout, we will reship the order only when the returned package has been received by our shipping department.
We cannot amend the shipping address or the items ordered after orders have been processed.
We are only able to ship to the address specified during checkout.
We're unable to process refunds for items sent to an address that was provided and/or entered incorrectly during checkout.
If your tracking information states your order was delivered and you believe this to be an error, please contact your local post office.
Due to the risk of fraud, we are currently unable to refund or reship any order with tracking information that confirms your order was delivered. Please follow up with your local post office and file a claim. If the shipping carrier is unable to resolve the issue, contact us with a confirmation number for your claim.
The Wrap Life reserves the right to substitute a shipping method if the requested shipping method is not available for your address.
The Wrap Life reserves the right to cancel orders at any time, for any reason.
Packages are rerouted back to The Wrap Life for reasons including but not limited to: an insufficient/incorrect address or failure to pick up your package from the post office within a reasonable timeframe after home delivery was attempted.
Please note that we do not input addresses. The address you enter during checkout is the address that prints on the shipping label. Therefore, please ensure that all addresses are correct, as orders are printed as directed by the customer and cannot be changed after the order is placed.
If your package is returned to us, once we receive it, we will contact you via the email address submitted during checkout to notify you that we have received your package. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping.
If you opt to not pay to have your order shipped again, there will be no refund for the initial order.
Starting from the date of our email, you will have THIRTY days to respond, provide a valid address and pay for shipping. After the thirty day period, we are no longer responsible for order fulfillment and cannot issue a refund.
