Express orders placed before 11am EST, Monday-Friday will generally ship the same day.
Express orders placed after 11am EST will ship the following business day.
We do not ship Express or Expedited orders on Saturday or Sunday. All Express and Expedited orders ship Monday thru Friday with the exception of observed federal holidays. If you place your order after 11am on Friday, it will ship the following Monday.
Returns
You have 30 days after delivery to initiate a return. After 30 days all sales are final.
Once you are provided with a return label from our return portal, you have 21 days to mail your return or exchange back to us. Once that label has expired, your order will no longer be eligible for return.
Please note, items must be in their original condition to receive a refund to your payment method. Once you try on or wear your head wrap, it's yours for keeps. Thanks for understanding this condition. It helps us reduce waste and ensure return items are hygienic.

I LOVE anything leopard so of course I had to purchase, the scarf is long and the print is vivid. The biggest downside is that it’s very difficult to use/ style as it’s very slippery and not stretchy like the other wraps. Most of the styles shown in tutorials do not look or work well with these wraps, so I mostly use it for bed. Please work on getting some tutorials on your page for these wraps!!!
My friends know that leopard is indeed my favorite color! So when TWL launched this head wrap, it was a no-brainer to get it! The feel of the fabric and even the scale of the leopard spots is spot on! It is a bit slippery, but I have found a few different wrap styles that stay put perfectly. Dress it up or down...it's always good to throw some leopard in with any outfit.
